JMD Fintech Private Limited is a digital financial services platform engaged in sourcing and facilitation of BFSI and investment products.

The Company acts only as a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) / facilitator / channel partner and may work through authorized affiliate and referral partners.

The Company is not:

• The Company does not guarantee loan approval, credit card issuance, insurance coverage or investment returns
• All approvals, pricing, interest rates, tenure, benefits and terms are decided solely by the respective partner institutions

Information provided on the platform is for general informational purposes only and shall not be construed as legal, financial, investment or professional advice.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not submit forged or misleading documents
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes

• The Company does not provide investment advice or recommendations
• All investment decisions are taken at the user's own discretion and risk
• Investment products are subject to market risks; past performance is not indicative of future results

Users may be redirected to third-party platforms of partner institutions. The Company is not responsible for decisions, services, data practices or outcomes of such third parties.

By submitting details, users consent to receive application-related communication via call, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS or email. Promotional communication, if any, shall be subject to user consent preferences.

JMD Fintech Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Rejection, delay or modification of applications by partner institutions
• Loss or damage arising from third-party actions or decisions
• Cyber attacks, data breaches, system downtime or unauthorized access beyond reasonable control
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential losses

The platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. The Company does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation or complete security.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of fraud, misuse or violation of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

All activities are conducted in accordance with applicable guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India and other relevant regulatory authorities, wherever applicable.
